Welcome to the Woodfin Creek HOA website.
We are a small, gated, mountain community located between Waynesville and Sylva, North Carolina. Our community takes pride in the fact we are a close-knit family that embraces generations of families whose hearts lie in these beautiful mountains. We hope that you find all the information you need within these pages. If you are a member of our community there is a password-protected page to access the community directory, bylaws, and other relevant information. Joint Woodfin & Icicle Ridge 4th of July Celebration! Saturday, July 4th, 2026 12 Noon at the home of Brad & KK Maguire, 70 Icicle Ridge, Sylva The annual Woodfin 4th of July Parade will start from The Park at 11:30 am and end up at Icicle Ridge.
7:30 pm onwards, all are welcome at the Horne firepit (weather cooperating!), 2206 Woodfin Road (Golden Horne), to watch the fireworks across the valley and enjoy a beverage or two!

The Annual Meeting will be held at 10 am and there will be no lunch after the meeting as we will be gathering at the Hornes Pole Barn (above the Gate House) for a 60th Birthday Party for Karen Fisher, Karen Fry, Doreen Caudell and Laurie Snyder. Invitations were emailed. Please RSVP.
We’re excited to have a joint 4th of July celebration with our neighbors on Icicle Ridge. John & Amanda (Woodfin) will be providing the hot dogs and burgers, and we request that you RSVP with the number of guests by July 1st so we can ensure enough seating and food. Please also plan to bring a side or dessert to share. Before July 4th, we’ll be asking for some helpers to aid in the setup of sun shades etc…
The evening of the 4th of July, all are welcome at the Hornes for cocktails and watching fireworks across the valley around the firepit!
